RE: Led bulbs

I use the white ones and they seem because they are white to be as bright as the original bulbs. http://www.ledlight.com/detail.aspx?ID=128 LED Bulbs

RE: Home page suggestions

Thanks for all the thoughts......I think I've got it now. If you liked Yahoo.com try Myway It was set up by a group who liked Yahoo but not the adds. This site is almost like Yahoo but loads real fast. It even has a timer on the page showing just how fast it loads. Enjoy

RE: 2003 Ford E450 Flasher Relay Location?

That is not a flasher problem. You have an open wire to your rear turn signals. I'm with Carringb. The flasher is a black square on the fuse panel under the dash to the left of the steering wheel. Just turn on the turn signal and get down under dash and you will hear it.

RE: How Long Does It Take For THe Fridge To Start Cooling?

If you put ice in the freezer when you turn it on it gets ref cooler faster. The freezer has to get cold first then the ref. I use a computer fan in the back outside to cool just when starting it up till I leave to go camping.

RE: The pull through that wasn't!

If you ever get into a situation like that again, there are a couple of other options to try. 1) Since your toad was IN a turn following your RV, have someone get into the toad, start it up, and HOLD the steering wheel STEADY WITHOUT letting it turn. Then just back out until the toad reaches the point where you started into the turn. 2) Have someone get into the toad (depending on what it is), start it up and have the toad PULL the RV out of where it is. Tim Thanks for this tip! I have been is same fix as OP. We had a time getting the toad off all the while blocking the CG road.

RE: '08 CRV

If you don't want to put in a charge wire. I have a friend who has the same problem as you with the battery always going dead. He bought one of those $10 solar chargers from Harbor Freight that plug into the lighter socket. No more dead battery when towing.

RE: '05 Minnie 26A - Any Experienced?

Make sure it is a 2005 they get better mileage. We get 9-10 mpg but have to stay at 60 or less towing to get it. We love the ride and it goes and does everything we ask of the MH.

RE: Have ? about dry camping 7 days in a class C

Hilltop Campground Water is no problem for you they have it. The problem is the holding tanks. On BLM land around there they like you to dump the grey water but the black water is the biggest problem to get rid of. I would call them at 928-443-8000 and ask where you could dump. Have a great trip and enjoy the fishing. Map of a dump station Walker Rd ,west on 69, right on Prescott Lakes Pkwy to treatment plant. Another Dump Station Point of Rocks RV Campground Hwy. 69 and Hwy. 89 4 miles North on Hwy. 89. 3025 North Hwy. 89

RE: Help! Light kit install problems Honda CRV dinghy toad

I just let my Brake Buddy light up the car's brake lights. The extra lights when brakeing hard is a good thing. Brakeing lightly only lights up the extra brake lights wired from the RV.

RE: False propane alarm

They don't last forever. Pull it out and check the date on the back. Replaced my 2003/4 last year. Same problem. If it isn't the battery it usually is the alarm. Just $50 down the drain. Or 12 gal of gas ;>)

RE: Totota Prius number 1,000,000 but can you Dinghy it?

"1/3RD of what it cost to run the average gasoline auto" And what is the average auto they got that # from??? EVERY similar sized 4 cylinder vehicle is at least 2/3 or better efficient to any Prius. And a diesel VW gets better every day fuel economy than the over hyped Prius. The Prius is the #1, I will say it again #1 most fuel efficient vehicle on the market today. Period. Just look it up! anywhere. I know what it does, I drive it everyday and until you do the same you have no basis for your comments. I get 51mpg on the Hwy and 53mpg in town and this is a hilly town. Prius not the cheapest car to drive! Smart Fortwo Rates As Top Gas-Only Option It can be towed 4 down. Blue-OX makes a base plate for it. Toyota Prius MPG 48/45 Base Price 21,100 fuel for 8 years at 15,000 miles a year $8,755 Sticker + fuel $29,855 Toyota Yaris sticker + Fuel is $24,188 Kia Rio $24,939 Chevrolet Aveo $24,085 Honda Fit $27,364 Lots of other non Hybird cars are cheaper to own than Prius too. RE: Will Class C Motorhomes Survive?

I remember when in 1975 I bought one of those new Dually Chev pickemups Crew cabs and put a slid-in camper on it. Gas was $0.38, then in six months it went to $0.60 and only could get it on even days. What a pain. I like it at $5 better and get all I want. CU on the road.
